I Tried 4 Different Carriers For My Velcro Baby. Only One Actually Worked

By Jenn T.

1 Toddler, 1 Baby

Note: Here's why the Bambora Sling Carrier actually worked when other carriers didn't 👇

By 6pm, I hadn't put her down once. Not to shower. Not to eat. Not even to pee with the door closed. Everyone had opinions. "Stop giving in, let her cry it out"

She just wanted to feel safe. I tried a structured carrier, 4 buckles just to get her in. I tried a ring sling, never got the fit right.

Then I found this...

1. It Actually Works For
Velcro Babies

Not Just Babies Who Tolerate Being Worn...

Most carriers are designed for babies who are fine either way. Our baby wasn't fine either way.

The hip-carry design means she's held the way she actually wants to be held. Upright, close, secure. Not strapped into a position she fights against.

2. One Hip, One Strap, On In Seconds

Not Four Buckles and a Fight...

When they're already upset, you don't have time to solve a buckle puzzle. This goes on in one motion, in seconds...

Speed is important here, right mamas? 🙌

3. It Gives Your Arms, Back, and Shoulders an Actual Break

Holding them all day is a beautiful kind of tired, but your body shouldn't pay for it.

The weight sits across your hip and shoulder instead of your arms alone, so you can stay close for longer without the ache creeping in. One hand always stays free to support her. This works with you, not instead of you.

4. It Grows With Them

From Clingy Baby to Velcro Toddler...

The clinginess doesn't always end when the "baby phase" does.

This fits 10–50 lbs, so it keeps working long after your baby becomes the toddler who still wants to be carried everywhere.

7. It Costs Less Than Everything You've Already Tried

You've probably already spent more trying to solve this than the Bambora Sling actually costs...
