Why has my order not updated?
Please use the tracking page to check the status of your order
Our tracking page shows live updates directly from the courier.
Some stages (like “in transit”) don’t update every day, but your package is still moving.
Why didn't I get an email confirmation?
If you checked out with a phone number instead of an email, your confirmation may have been sent by SMS instead.
If you’d like us to add your email to your order so you receive updates, just reach out with your email address and we will add it.
Why is my order taking so long?
Shipping times can sometimes be longer than expected due to courier delays that are unfortunately outside of our control.
Rest assured, your order is on its way, and our tracking page updates with the latest information from the courier.
